Aberfan Requiem
Aberfan Requiem by Gareth Trott, performed by Lewis Merthyr Band, conductor: Craig Roberts. This moving and atmospheric work received it's premiere performance here at St Elvan's, as part of the Oriana Festival in October 2023. The performance here was filmed live at St Elvan's, by Gavin Owen Media as part of the partnership project with Avant Cymru "Atgofion Aberfan" on Thursday April 11th 2024

"The Coal Beneath Our Feet, The Wind Above Our Heads" is a film by Jeremy Clancy, commissioned by Beth Winter, and dedicated to Tower Colliery's Tyrone O'Sullivan
The film received its premiere screening here at St Elvan's, as part of our year long Shared Prosperity Fund supported "Cosmos, Collieries, Cynefin" and Miners Strikes 40th anniversary Voices From Underground projects
