FREE "R&R" Music & Wellbeing Sessions
Thursday Afternoons from 2:00 to 4:00pm

Each Thursday afternoon from 2:00 to 4:00pm, come along to St Elvan's to enjoy a couple of hours of "R&R", a FREE Music & Wellbeing session with "Ragsy & Reevsy" - Christina Reeves and Aberdare's own star of "The Voice UK", Ragsy

Supported by Community Music Wales, these FREE weekly sessions are aimed at tackling isolation and promoting positive mental health and improved wellbeing through music

Everyone is welcome to attend. Come along and sing a song, request a song, or just enjoy a cuppa or chat, together with some great music with Ragsy & Reevsy
